"Helping Users Help Themselves"
This presentation was given by Robert Hairsine at the Brio World Wide Users Conference held in San Diego in November of 2002. The EIS functionality in Brio Intelligence can be utilized to provide automated assistance to users. Users can enter text and by the use of OLE calls to Outlook, send a message to the technical support team that includes key information such as file name, Brio version etc…It’s also possible to link questions to a frequently asked questions document that provides automatic, real-time responses to users. This session will provide all the knowledge needed to implement this solution in your environment.
