Tip #2:
Why do the charts and pivots still contain data when I save a file without Results?
You save a Brio document and specify that the Results are not to be saved with the query. When the file is opened, the Pivots and Chart sections still contain data. The reason this occurs is that the bqy file still contains data from the last time the query was actually processed. To remedy this problem, process the query sections with a limit that will result in no data being returned. Remove the temporary limit and then save the file. Now when the file is opened, the Pivots and Charts will contain no data until the Query is processed.
